Does Malta+ have a monthly fee?
Your first month is free. After that it's a flat monthly fee — and every payment comes back to you as store credit you can spend on any order.
When does my store credit expire?
Your credit rolls over while your membership is active, so there's no use-it-or-lose-it deadline each month. If you cancel, spend whatever is left before your final month ends.
How long do I have to keep my membership?
No minimum commitment. Pause or cancel anytime.
When do I get charged?
Nothing is charged during your free first month. Billing starts on the same date the following month and repeats monthly while your membership is active.
Do I get store credit during my free month?
No. Your first month is free, so there's no payment to turn into credit. Your $25 starts landing with your first paid month.
How can I use my store credit?
Apply it at checkout. You choose how much of your available credit goes toward the order.
Does the 15% discount stack with Ambassador codes?
Yes. Malta+ adds 15% on top of your existing Ambassador code. It also stacks with site-wide promotions, but not with member-exclusive sales.
How can I cancel or pause my membership?
From your account, go to Manage Membership and choose Pause or Cancel.
