Shipping policy

 

Order Processing: Orders typically ship off from our warehouse in Goodyear, Arizona within 2 business days. Please allow 2-5 business days for orders to be processed before they ship. During sales and holidays, please allow up to 5 business days for processing before shipment.

Delivery Time: Orders placed within the United States generally arrive within 5 business days after shipment, barring any unforeseen delays with the carrier. Shipment duration depends on the shipping method selected at checkout and the location to which the order is being shipped. We are not liable for lost or stolen orders.

IF YOUR ITEM IS A PRE-ORDER, IT, ALONG WITH THE REST OF YOUR ORDER, WILL SHIP OFF ON THE DATE SPECIFIED IN THE PRODUCT TITLE. IF YOU WANT NON-PRE-ORDER ITEMS TO SHIP EARLIER THAN THE PRE-ORDER, PLACE SEPARATE ORDERS.

We do ship worldwide. Tracking information is automatically sent to the email address you provide at checkout. If you do not receive tracking information within 1-2 business days after the above processing time, please check your spam folder, or reach out to our customer support team by emailing support@malta-apparel.com. Shipping rates are based on weight, destination, and method, and we charge you only what we pay.
